Whatever stage of pregnancy or early parenting you are at, whether it be hypnobirthing, antenatal classes, pregnancy yoga or baby massage you are looking for, we have the classes to give you the confidence and knowledge you need every step of the journey. Your teacher is there for you to provide amazing continuous perinatal support at a time when everything can feel so overwhelming. Supporting you at every stage of the journey from early pregnancy until around one year postnatally.

  • Our one hour, pregnancy yoga class is designed for pregnant people to unwind at the end of a long day. Our unique method gives you the opportunity to relax and bond with your baby. Perfect for all birth journeys, whether it's your first or fourth baby. From 14 weeks pregnant until birth. Book a block (best value) or PAYG. Also check out "The Parent Class", before/after this course to include your birth partner.

  • A modern, fun and relaxed workshop for expectant parents. Designed to ensure you have all the education, tools and support you could need as you prepare confidently for your upcoming birth. Drawing on elements of active birth, parent craft and traditional antenatal classes to create one very powerful combination over the 3 x sessions.

    The Parent class covers all the birth education you could possibly need for all situations and is VERY popular with first time parents. *Also available online.

  • Our 120 minute sessions are a powerful step on our continuous perinatal support journey. Expect a calming flow, allowing you to relax and tune into your changing body and pregnancy with ease.
    Elements of Birth Flow but more emphasis on relax and unwind.
    Join us at any stage of pregnancy for a one off - or book a few for some real 'me time' before baby arrives.

FAQ's

Where possible in your local area, do try and get booked on to the NHS classes for free aswell – why not! The Midwives in my local area actually refer lots of people to my classes, which is amazing!

We have the time to go into more depth than traditional NHS antenatal classes.

There’s not always an opportunity to meet and bond with others at NHS antenatal classes as they are large groups with different people attending different sessions.

Absolutely not, whether it is your 1st or 5th baby, all births and new babies are different. I am here to support you at this very moment. You will be  surrounded by a mix of both first time and subsequent parents, all building that village that you”ll want to be part of. You may also find many parents that have birthed before coming to either refresh or maybe even plan for a different journey to before. Equally with baby classes, I have a mixture of both. I also have some returning clients on their 3rd babies, who have never really ever left after starting first time round!

The Birthing class; any time from your first scan, leave time to join more than one course – you’ll want to continue on, it’s so lovely!

The Parent class or Active birth workshop: Anytime from 27-34 weeks pregnant (if you are finding me late, email for availability to get you booked in)

Tinies: Newborn to 20 weeks at the start (roughly)

Wrigglers: 20 weeks to 1 year (as a guide)

ANTENATAL CLASSES

The Birthing Class  – Want hypnobirthing? Pregnancy yoga moves? Who doesn’t love relaxation? This weekly antenatal class is designed just for pregnant people. Our unique Active Antenatal method draws on elements of active birth, pregnancy yoga, hypnobirthing  & antenatal education to help you prepare for a confident birth. Relaxation did you say… yep – time to get some much needed rest to help promote healthy sleep.

The Parent Class – A comprehensive workshop for expectant parents.  Designed to ensure you have all the education, tools and support you could need as you prepare confidently for your upcoming birth and early stages of caring for your new baby. Drawing on elements of active birth, parent craft and traditional antenatal classes to create one very powerful combination for you both to enjoy.

The Active Birth Workshop –A workshop for the expectant parent and chosen birth partner. Helping you understand the stages of labour and how to use gravity to support your baby’s birth. Learn techniques such as breathing, active birth and massage, designed to help you both feel confident about birth.

BABY CLASSES

 Tinies  –Baby massage? Want to know about baby developmental stages AND what’s happening with you postnatally? This weekly class is for the birthing person and baby in the fourth trimester and beyond. Helping you learn how to use baby massage, yoga, reflexology to aid calming, soothing and connection with your baby.  With postnatal movement and much needed education around those early stages about baby AND you, this is a class that does it all. You will never want to move on!

Wrigglers  – A weekly class for adult and baby. Learn how to use a variety of tools such as: baby yoga, rhythm, rhyme, story & (baby) sensory experiences to aid your baby’s development whilst having fun together!
